Fast Splits Indoor Time Trial at the Multisport Expo

Took on my 2nd ITT this past weekend at the Multisport Expo at the Z-Center.  Finished the 6.03 mile course in 16:43 (21.64 mph) at an average of 262 watts (up 37 from the Harpoon ITT).  Progressing along.  Have some time off from racing to work on building a base.  Next race NE Season Opener on 5/9.

Coaching is going well.  Dreamfar has about 30-35 athletes right now and I working with some of them in depth.
