Scot lives in Belmont, MA with his wife Amy, their sons Neil and Nat, their cat Callie, and dog Ray,  where he partakes in a range of
endurance activities.

He currently coaches friends, family, and charity athletes through endurance events of all kinds.

- Completed over 200 events over the past 17 years including 21 triathlons, 88 road races, and 38 races of marathon (or longer).
- Participated in numerous charity bike events including: the Tri-State Trek (ALS), The Cape Cod Getaway (MS), and the Harpoon Point 2 Point (Vermont Food Bank)
- Longest Run 103.7 Miles (Midstate 100), Longest Bike 148 Miles (Harpoon B2B)
- Favorite Race: Survival of the Shawangunks Triathlon 
- Achieved the Perfect Season - A PR in every distance - 2014
- Ran every road in Belmont, MA in 2020, Arlington 2021, and Watertown 2021 
- Currently working his way through the 48 NH 4000' peaks

- Foundation for Belmont Education Apple Run Race Director (2018-Present)
- Neurofibromatosis Northeast Running Coach (2017-Present)
- Director / Founder Ninja Feet Running Camp (2018-2019)
- Triathlon Coach of the Dreamfar Triathlon Team 2008-2010, Head Coach 2010
- USAT Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coach 2009-2010
- Youth Soccer Coach 2006 - Present, G, F, 7v7, and 9v9 US Soccer Certified
- Coached over 150 athletes from anything from a 5K to a Marathon to a Half Iron Distance Triathlon and multiple athletes to their first Boston Qualifying Marathons

- Has donated $1 per mile run since November 2012
- Has run at least 1 mile per day since January 1st, 2014 
- Has logged over 35k lifetime miles
